About Agnes Stewart Middle School

Agnes Stewart Middle School is truly the center of a wonderful community of parents, students, teachers and volunteers who work together to help every student, every day, acquire the skills and knowledge to be successful now and in the future!

ASMS is committed to providing innovative and rigorous instruction that is technology-rich and provides students with hands-on, real world experience!

We are a certified Green School dedicated to working with community partners to preserve and restore the beautiful Jasper sloughs that feed into the Willamette River.

ASMS is also home to the Dreamcatcher Enterprise.  This provides students with real-world job experience!  Students must apply and get interviewed.  Once hired, they are required to "clock-in," are evaluated by their supervisors, are compensated with credit to our student store and can even open a savings account!

Our team is committed to every student, every day.  Our ASMS team is of the highest caliber and we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of education.  We look forward to serving your student.

School Hours

Regular School Hours (All 6-8 Students)
School begins each day at 8:15 a.m. (doors open at 7:50 a.m. for breakfast) and dismissal is at 3:05 p.m.

Early Release School Hours (All 6-8 Students)
School begins each day at 8:15 a.m. (doors open at 7:50 a.m. for breakfast) and dismissal is at 1:15 p.m.

Office Hours

• On school days, the office opens at 7:50 a.m. and closes at 4 p.m.
• On days that students are not in school but the staff are present the office is open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• On other days, the office is closed, except by appointment.
